Abstracts submitted for the 29th Scientific Conference in Omaha, NE, June 8 - 11th, 2025, will be posted online at the SNIP Website. Authors not wanting their abstract to be posted online and/or publish in the NeuroImmune Pharmacology and Therapeutics can obtain an exemption from this policy by writing to Santhi Gorantla, PhD at sgorantla@unmc.edu before Jan 17, 2025. In submitting this abstract, all authors indicate their agreement with this policy unless a request for exemption is received prior to Jan 17, 2025. Sending an abstract recognizes the right of the Society to publish the abstract on its website and journal unless an exemption is claimed in writing in advance.

A recommendation letter from the trainee’s advisor or department chair, confirming their status as a graduate student or postdoctoral fellow, must accompany all requests for a travel grant. All requests for a travel grant must be accompanied by a current NIH biosketch or CV of the student or postdoctoral fellow. Please address the letter to the attention of the "ECITA Selection Committee" and forward the letter and Bio to the ECITA Chair, Jerel Adam Fields, PhD (jafields@health.ucsd.edu). Electronic signatures and scanned copies will be accepted. Trainees who have not confirmed their status by providing a letter from their advisor or department chair will not be eligible to receive a travel grant.
